Ricardo PTO, in conjunction with Ricardo ISD, helps to promote positive, open communication between parents and teachers. Ricardo PTO also helps bridge the gap between home and school so that parents and teachers may work together more easily in the education of all students. We also help to promote the welfare of the student in the home, school & community.
